Stockland Retirement Living has dedicated in-home care and support partners who will guide you through the process of assessing your need for support now and into the future.

Through assessment, our partners will help you to determine your eligibility for government assistance and to find the right support so you can stay living independently for longer.

Our partners also offer no obligation, free and private in home or in village consultations to discuss your needs.

In response to changes to Federal Government policies, and to provide our villages with a simple solution for residents to access care and support within the Consumer Directed Care model, Stockland Benefits+ has partnerships with a group of preferred care and support businesses across all of our villages.

You can just have a chat and ask questions, you can also take advantage of future planning and advisory options, so that you can be free to choose how you would like to live in the future and be aware of what options are available to you when the time comes.

You can also use your myagedcare.gov.au Home Care Package to help pay for eligible Serviced Apartment services through our approved provider partners to assist you to remain living independently in a Stockland Serviced Apartment.

If you don’t have a Home Care package, we can connect you with our Home Care Partners who can assist you with the myagedcare navigation process to see if you are eligible to access funding.

Our residents living in independent living units or Serviced Apartments are always free to choose their preferred care provider, however through Benefits+ partnerships; we hope to provide you with accessible options for high quality service and good value.

Our partners will provide a dedicated service, a special Benefits+ rate or optional extras exclusively for Stockland residents. They will also provide personalised guidance through assessments, case management and package management requirements for government financial assistance and provide private fee-for-service options.

Our partners work closely with your village team to provide options for all of our residents at any life stage.
