What kind of contracts does Stockland offer

Stockland Retirement Living offers two contract types to help give you the peace of mind that your home investment will suit your needs.

Our options offer different benefits which could affect the financial outcome when you leave your retirement village and should be considered carefully to ensure whichever choice you make is the best one for you.

We try to keep the process as simple and stress-free as possible, that’s why we give you the choice of two different options with flexibility without being overwhelming.

What are the different contract types and how do I choose the best one for me?

Our two contracts are Peace of Mind and Capital Share.

Each type provides options that result in different outcomes when it comes to fluctuations in the local property market.
