With so many fantastic and diverse Stockland retirement living villages across the country, you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to picking the one to best suit your lifestyle. Making a major life change is difficult so offering an opportunity to trial the retirement living lifestyle against your existing way of life, is an attractive option for many people. With a rich variety of amenities from nearby beaches to bowling greens, we’re confident you will find a community suited to you. To help you make the right choice before taking the leap, our trial stay at select villages around Australia give you the freedom and flexibility to try before you buy.
How does the Stockland free trial work?

We know that moving to a new community can be a big step so we’re here to make it that little bit easier to help you find the perfect retirement living village for the life you want to live.

It couldn’t be easier to set-up too, just browse our selection of participating retirement living villages to see which takes your fancy then get in touch with our sales professional to ask about setting on up.

Can anyone take advantage of the two week free trial?

Absolutely, as long as you’re over 55, that is. Our goal is to help every incoming resident find the perfect new home for them – in a community that helps them thrive in their retired years.

With this in mind, our free trial is open to all prospective residents to give you a taste of our retirement living communities. We’re so confident you’ll love them too, that we’ve decided it’s best to experience them for yourself – with no commitment. Just move in for two weeks free of charge* and see how you like it before making any decisions.

Is there really no cost involved?

We speak to residents all the time who tell us they wish they’d moved into their retirement living village years earlier but that they were apprehensive as to whether it was the right move for them.

So, to open up the experience to those who may be undecided about retirement living, we’ve created the two-week free trial* that takes out all the risk and offers 100% reward – leaving you to make up your own mind without having to commit.

We’ll even help you organise the process so you can relax and take it all in.
