Whether it’s a get together with friends for a Sunday spritz or catching up with family for a wood fired pizza and mouth-watering aged steak, The Marsden Brewhouse is your local go to just 3.8km away. Complete with a grand indoor-outdoor food hall, lush greenery and a designer playground for children guests of all ages are catered for. And with staff that live by their motto our beers might be cold but our welcomes are warm, you know you’re in good hands. So why not grab a couple of residents and enjoy getting amongst the community!

Feeling like a day out and about? Then why not meet up with a friend and head to our neighbourhood town centre to enjoy alfresco dining, great shopping, entertainment, outdoor spaces and play areas for the grandchildren. Just a 15 minute drive, the Rouse Hill Town Centre is our resident go-to. So, what will it be today? A grocery shop or some retail therapy? Why not do it all! Have a wander, sit back and enjoy a lunch, relax at the cinemas and pick up the groceries at the end.

Fancy a round of gold? Less than 20 minutes down the road is our hidden treasure Richmond Golf Club, home of the Australian PGA Seniors Championships. This 18-hole golf course boasts immaculate manicured holes set against the backdrop of the stunning Blue Mountains. Consider yourself an advanced golfer? Then you will find this course a tough test from the championship tees! But for those preferring a social the social tees are for you! Enjoy getting out and about on the greens in the crisp mornings or settle into an afternoon game followed by a beverage, a meal and some good old banter back at Bistro Smiles - the socialising is half the fun, after all!

Less than 1km down the road residents are spoilt with access to a $3.2 million water-themed all-inclusive playground and playing fields at Stockland’s Marsden Park community. A fantastic open space to get out and about in your community! Why not head down with a fellow resident for a nice stroll, take the dog for a walk or peddle over 7kms of bike pathways. You could also relax with a good book in the sunshine, take the grandkids for a play, enjoy a picnic lunch or plan a BBQ in one of the fully equipped picnic areas too. With over 1 million plants, trees and native vegetation this open, leafy setting is yours for the taking whether that be exercise, socialising or just getting in a nice breather!

When you hear worlds best trade and service centre you think Sydney Business Park! Just 4.7km from our village, the SBP is an industry leading environment full of thriving businesses, retail and recreational amenities for the whole community to enjoy.
There’s retail giants such as Aldi for everyday groceries, BCF to pick up some more fishing gear, Bing Lee for a new TV or IKEA to stroll through in your own time while picking out new furnishings. With a medical centre too you can pop into the GP, fill a script and then get back to leisure time with a coffee in one of the cafes or some lunch at the likes of Zambrero. Walk off that food on one of the many walking tracks and that’s a good day out! With over 30 places to visit, who would have thought there would be so much on offer at a business park?!
