The Pavilion unveiling - Aspire Elara's brand new Clubhouse hosts local MPs, residents and guests.

On Friday 14th of July, Aspire by Stockland at Elara held the exclusive event to unveil the community's clubhouse, The Pavilion.

Brand new with state-of-the-art facilities, The Pavilion is visually stunning and beautifully appointed, and is located at the heart of the Aspire Elara community.

The grand opening of the clubhouse kicked off at 4pm, with a ribbon cutting by the Shadow Minister of Education, Prue Carr and the Deputy Mayor of Blacktown, Tony Bleasdale. They were joined by Stockland's Regional Development Manager, Calum Ross.

Over 120 residents, guests and prospective customers were in attendance to celebrate and experience all that the over 55's community has to offer. Canapes and drinks were served by the fireplace overlooking the heated outdoor pool.

The residents, guests and staff had a fantastic time - lots of dancing, chatting, and hand-shaking with the local members.

The Pavilion features an outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, library, lounge with fireplace and billiards table, covered outdoor dining and barbecue facilities, and an entertaining kitchen and bar.

Scott Forbes, Development Manager at Aspire Elara, said "One of the biggest advantages to moving into Aspire is sharing a community with like-minded people. Our exclusive resident clubhouse is designed to bring residents together and to encourage new friendships."
