Stockland is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for everyone who works with us or attends our workplace. We believe that health and safety must always be a business priority, and that we all have a personal responsibility for health, safety and welfare.
As a proactive response to the global outbreak of COVID-19, Stockland has introduced new measures for visitors, contractors and residents in all of our Retirement Village locations. These measures are precautionary and have been introduced in the best interests of our residents, staff, business partners, vendors, and guests.
Please note that until further notice, all visitors, contractors or residents who meet any of the below criteria will be unable to access any Stockland Retirement Living Community Centres or Clubhouses, Staff or Sales offices or any other community space located within a Village:
a) have returned from overseas in the last 14 days - as per the Australian Government guidelines, all travellers arriving in Australia by air or sea are subject to a mandatory quarantine period of 14 days;
b) have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days;
c) are experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing).
In addition, visitors, contractors and residents who access the Community space are asked to adhere to the following gathering guidelines at all times:
a) Limited group sizes - note as these restrictions differ per state, please discuss with the village management team at the village you are visiting;
b) Social distancing of 1.5m to be in place;
c) Limit visitation to short periods of time.
If you have any concerns or queries, please contact your Stockland representative for further guidance.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this important matter.
