Start the new financial year on a healthy note by joining local nutritionist and dietician, Jody Pollard for a series of free healthy eating information sessions.  Learn some tips and shortcuts to cooking delicious, healthy and affordable meals as well as improve your overall health and wellbeing.

This session will be on Maintaining Bone Health and will include a recipe demonstration and tasting for participants.

The sessions will commence at 10 am and will run for approximately one hour with a free healthy morning tea provided afterwards.  Each session will be held in our newly opened clubhouse located at 3 Reflection Crescent, Birtinya. There is plenty of parking underneath the building.
