Start the new financial year on a healthy note by joining local nutritionist and dietician, Jody Pollard for a series of free healthy eating information sessions.  Learn some tips and shortcuts to cooking delicious, healthy and affordable meals as well as improve your overall health and wellbeing.

This workshop will be about Foods to keep healthy this winter and will include a recipe demonstration and tasting to show participants simple ways to create healthy dishes.

The session will commence at 10 am and will run for approximately one hour with a free healthy morning tea provided afterwards.  Each session will be held in our newly opened clubhouse located at 3 Reflection Crescent, Birtinya. There is plenty of parking underneath the building.
