When you move into a Stockland Serviced Apartment, you won’t just have the benefits of living in your village community. We’ll be there to make things a little easier. We’ll provide daily meals, clean your home and do your heavy laundry – like your towels and bed linen.

Absolutely. Because you’re still a part of one of our village communities, you have access to a 24-hour emergency call service. If you find you need urgent help, you can call for emergency assistance at the press of a button.

Feel safe and secure, knowing you’ll always have a Village Manager on hand during the week, staff that can assist your daily needs, and a community of like-minded people to support you, too.

Absolutely! We’d love to meet you, and our village team will be a friendly face from your first meeting, right through until you settle in. It’s something many of our residents choose to do as it helps them meet the like-minded people in the community and get a real sense of what living in the village is like. Yes! We off a Free Trial Stay^ to prospective residents at Salford Waters. Our Trial Stay is a really great way to experience village life and see, without any obligation how you feel and fit in. You can stay in one of our units and will have access to the Clubhouse with indoor pool, library, craft room, and billiards room. Or you can join in the many activities on offer including movie nights, morning teas and dancing. So what are you waiting for? Yes! Stockland provides transfer options for existing residents in our communities. The best thing to do at this stage is for you, your family or your legal representative to contact our sales team or the local Village Manager and let them know. Transferring to a Serviced Apartment - FAQs

Eligible Serviced Apartment assistance, through our approved provider partners, allows you to use your myagedcare.gov.au Home Care Package. This service may help you pay for your residence, so you can remain living independently in a Stockland Serviced Apartment. If you don’t have a Home Care Package, we can connect you with our Home Care Partners to help you find out if you are eligible to access funding.
