Somerton Park Sod turning for Seniors Living
Stockland has turned the first sod as construction begins on the $11 million expansion of Somerton Park Seniors Living Community. The expansion will see 35 new homes built specifically to suit the needs of ageing Australians, with ‘age in place’ design modification included.

To turn the first sod Michael Wappett, Stockland Retirement Living Business Manager and Head of Asset Management was joined by distinguished guest Mayor Stephen Patterson from the City of Holdfast Bay.

The new homes will be part of the existing established Somerton Park Seniors Living Community, a close knit, thriving and connected retirement village in the heart of the Somerton Park area.
