Keilor Village recently marked their 20th birthday with a special dinner enjoyed by residents and village team members alike.
One hundred and fifty attendees joined in the celebrations and enjoyed a specially baked cake.

“One of the highlights of the night was the photo reel we had of the community and residents over the past 20 years,” said David Moore, Village Manager.
The honour of cutting the cake was given to June Nash, one of our first residents to move into Keilor Village in 1997.

A commemorative plaque was also unveiled by resident Joyce Bult who will be celebrating her 100th birthday in December.

“It was a great night of celebrations and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. It’s always great to see our residents getting together and enjoying themselves,” continues David. “It’s one of the major benefits of living in a retirement village – creating new friendships with people you enjoy being around and having fun with.”
