Can we make structural changes to the villas if we purchase off the plan?

Each home at Aspire has been designed for low maintenance, easy living with subtle differences including wider doorways and

corridors, level entry, frameless showers and optimal use of drawers.

While structural changes like moving walls are not available, customers will have the opportunity to select colour schemes and

upgrades provided they contract on the home prior to the cut-off date.

Could my son/daughter live with me?

Yes, provided at least one resident who permanently resides at the home is 55 or over.

Will there be a public bus service?

This is subject to the Perth Transport Authority incorporating within their routes once the Jandakot upgrade is complete.

Is there access to Jandakot Rd?

This is dependent on the City of Cockburn Jandakot Road upgrade which is estimated to be completed mid-2019. This timing is subject

to change.

What facilities will be nearby?

Security is a must for me, what security features will there be at Aspire?

Aspire by Stockland will be gated with CCTV cameras throughout the community. The entrance gates open daily from 6am to 6pm to

allow easy entry to visitors and essential services like Australia Post and council bin collection. The gates will remain closed every night

from 6pm to 6am.

Residents also have the option to secure their homes by installing an alarm system that meets the strata specifications.

For added peace of mind, residents can rest assured their homes will be safe under the watchful eye of like-minded neighbours and a

part-time community manager.

How do residents and their guests access the community after-hours?

The front entrance will be equipped with an automatic vehicle number plate recognition security system, so residents simply drive up in their registered vehicle and wait for the gates to open.

For residents using the pedestrian gate, a key/fob provided when they move in will allow access at all hours.

Guests can enter the villa number on the keypad upon arrival, with the resident providing access from the comfort of their home.
