Stockland Calleya has announced ‘off-the-plan’ homes at Aspire ‘over 55s’ in Treeby now qualify for limited time government grants.

Stockland Calleya’s over 55’s Aspire community has been made eligible for the WA Building Bonus, saving buyers up to $20,000* when purchasing an off-the-plan home from their Stage 5 release. The two and three-bedroom homes with gorgeous high ceilings, start from $504,000 and are due for completion by May/June 2021.
