Meet Tommy from Oven Crisp Bakery
Tell us about your store & the products you offer
Oven Crisp Bakery is run by myself and Jimmy. We are best known for making fresh, delicious & crisp, award winning pies & pastries! We also sell sweets including donuts, cakes, macarons, tarts & more.
What do you love about your store?
I am so proud of the awards that we have won, specifically winner of Australia’s Best Plain Minced Pie in both 2016 and 2017 and Australia’s Best Sausage Roll in 2018. We love making savoury pastries and giving our customers a tasty product so to be recognised as the best in the country was amazing!
What do you love about our local community?
The Baldivis community have been so welcoming of us as newcomers! For our first few weeks of trading we were overwhelmed with how supportive the people of Baldivis were. Customers were sharing how excited they were on social media and we knew then that we were in the right place.
What did you wish customers know before they visited your store?
That we also sell our award winning pies cold so you can reheat and enjoy at home. Add us to your shopping list for next week!
Why do you think shopping centres are important?
Shopping centres are a place for people to come together, enjoy entertainment, purchase essentials and dine with their families. It’s a place of community!
What do you love about being a retailer at Stockland Baldivis?
The centre as well as our neighbouring stores have such friendly staff.
The cleaners doing a fantastic job ensuring the malls are clean for customers to enjoy. Plus with plenty of parking and entrances, it’s an easy place for customers to shop.
