Meet Rakhui, Hikaru

 

1. Tell us about your store?

Hikaru is a Japanese sushi train located at Stockland Baringa.   

2. What products, services or experiences do you offer?

Sushi, Japanese hot food, and sashimi. Hikari have 8 store across the Sunshine Coast including Stockland Birtinya and Stockland Baringa.

3. With regard to your store type, what new trends are you seeing?

Due to social distancing, take away food has become much more popular and we predict to see this trend remain in the future. HIKARU is preparing a wider variety of delicious and cheaper Japanese foods and plans to develop more new menu items in the future to keep up with the demand.

4. What did you wish customers know before they visited your store?

We want our customers to be more active in social distance. We understand this may cause delays when ordering however we strive to provide quality products for you and your family to enjoy.

5. Why do you think shopping centres are important?

Our Stockland shopping centre is very important because it provides products and services to our local community. We love that the team is passionate about providing a safe environment so customers continue to shop here.

 

6. What is your current role and main responsibilities?

Our main role is to provide delicious, healthy Japanese food to our local community,
