Meet Jay and Igor of Manor Real Estate


  1. Tell us about your store?
    Manor Real Estate is a boutique agency run by energetic and leading industry professionals servicing the Hills District. 

  2. What is your current role and main responsibilities?
    Jay Bacani and Igor Jugovic are both Directors as well as dedicated sales agents themselves. 

  3. What’s three words that describe you?
    Jay: Driven. Innovative. Passionate
    Igor: Motivated. Dedicated. Direct.

  5. What do you love most about your job?
    We pride ourselves on recognising our client’s needs and being instrumental in ensuring they are met to the highest standard. We love ‘going that extra mile’ for our clients and helping them achieve their property goals.

  6. What do you love about our local community? 
    We love making lasting relationships with our clients and other local businesses alike. Community engagement is a large part of our ethos. We host regular community events such as charity fundraisers and free Santa photos. We also run an initiative to give back to local charities doing great work in our community. After each of our sales, we donate a portion of our commission to a selection of three charities on a quarterly rotation chosen by the vendor.
