Q. What features are included in the centre?

A. Stockland Birtinya Shopping Centre comprises of 10,648 square metres and features Coles and ALDI supermarkets, as well as 40 specialty stores including two mini-majors, a unique casual dining precinct and an open-air playground to help keep the kids entertained too.  With a welcoming village–style environment it's designed to conveniently meet your weekly grocery and fresh food shopping needs, while also providing a relaxed coastal-inspired environment for dining, general retail shopping and wellbeing.

Q. What shops will I find in the centre?

A. In addition to Coles and ALDI supermarkets, you will also find a collection of specialised local retailers and national brands including Bakers Delight, Greensmith Grocers, Mister Minit, Rice Furniture, Gifts of Love, Dollars and Sense, Lake Kawana Jewellers, Hello Harry, Hikaru, Verona Pizza & Wine Bar and more. Q. How many car parking bays are available at the Centre?

A. The centre features over 520 car parking spaces, with a state-of-the-art automated parking system. Customer's receive the first two hours free and complimentary parking for those who spend the designated minimum, plus a special discounted rate is provided to retail staff.

Q. Where is it located?

A. Stockland Birtinya is located on the corner of Kawana Way and Lake Kawana Boulevard, directly across from the world class Sunshine Coast Health Precinct.

Q. When did the Centre open? 

A. The centre opened in December 2018.
