For an easy to grab snack on-the-go or an after-dinner sweet treat, these no-bake snickers bliss balls are a family favourite. Not only are they fudgy and delicious (not to mention super easy to make), they’re also allergy-friendly!
Step 1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture starts to come together in a ‘dough-like’ consistency.
Step 2. Line a dish or baking tray with baking paper and dampen your hands with water.
Step 3. Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture and roll into even-sized bliss balls, before placing on the baking paper.
Step 4. Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours, or overnight.

- 1 cup dry roasted cashews
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 6 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cacao
- ½ tsp concentrated natural vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
