Don't throw away your old phone

There are more than 50 million tonnes of electronic waste produced around the globe.  This e-waste contains harmful materials (e.g. lead, chromium, cadmium, toxic fumes, etc.) which are detrimental to our environment; particularly when they are leaked into bodies of water, soil and air, affecting both plants and animals.

Depending on the type of e-waste, you may opt for either disposal or recycling. For example, if you have an old phone which is still functioning, you may extend its life by passing it on to your friends or family, or you may donate to DV Safe Phone to help domestic violence victims by dropping them off at King IT.

If they no longer work, King IT can help you recycle your old phones, tablets and laptops making sure they are not going to landfill. Before you throw them into the bin, visit King IT.
