There are a wide range of centre services and amenities at Stockland Jesmond and we are always willing to help if you require further assistance.


Customer Care

Customer Care is conveniently located next to Centre Management, near Cotton On and Millers. Our friendly Customer Care Officers can assist with wheelchairs and mobility hire equipment, gift cards, bus timetables, lost & found and lots more.

Disabled Access Amenities

Stockland Jesmond has two Disabled Restrooms. These are located next to Red Lea and OPSM. Disabled parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrances for customer convenience.

Lost and Found

If you have lost something, we can try to help you find it. For any lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk located near the main entrance, between NRMA and Aroma's or call (02) 4955 9249.

Mobility Equipment

With two motorised scooters and two wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk we can help customers with all their shopping needs.  Mobile equipment is available for three hours per day, seven days per week.  To make a booking, contact Customer Care on (02) 4955 9249. 

Parents Room

Our Parents Room at Stockland Jesmond is located near Red Lea and Danoz Directions. Facilities include: • Change tables • Nappy bins • Wash basins • Play area for the kids • Bottle warming • Private feeding room

Centre Management Office

The Centre Management Office can assist with all Centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, lost property and transport enquiries.
