Complete your capsule spring wardrobe with animal print

As the new season rolls around, we’re excited to welcome back a fashion favourite… prints! This cyclical trend is present throughout the year, varying from season to season. Sometimes there’s no need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to fashion, which is why we love us some classic prints. Whether it’s checks in winter or florals in spring, there are those timeless prints that we all know and love to wear. Knowing what works for you and what will always be on-trend is key to having a wardrobe with as much longevity, as it does style. It’s time to put a pep in your step with some new prints to complete your spring summer wardrobe.

One of the hottest trends you may have seen on the runways as well as your Instagram feed, is animal print. This trans-seasonal fave is set to be just as big this season as it was during winter and whether it be leopard, snake or zebra, there are a multitude of options ready to have you looking like the Queen of the fashion jungle in no time.

If you’re not the type to do a head-to-toe print ensemble, they also work well pared-back with your block colours. A printed skirt styled with a black blazer or button-up shirt, is an example of how your prints can make their mark without being too overshadowing. Decjuba has some great options this season when it comes to prints, including versatile and oh-so soft slip skirts.

With the warmer months well and truly on the way, we love seeing animal prints worked into the new season colours, in particular, neutrals. Beautiful beiges and taupes are set to be a hit this season and they complement animal print so well! Working animal print accessories into the new season staples is an easy, and often cost-effective, way to capture a trend. A small accent with your shoes or a hair accessory, is a super simple and super chic tactic you’ll find us using this season.
