- • 4 boneless chicken breasts
- • 1 tablespoon molasses
- • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- • ¼ cup brown sugar
- • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- • 1 cup ketchup
- • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Preheat grill to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine molasses, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and 1/4 cup water. Keep 1/3 cup and set aside.
Add the ketchup marinade to a zip lock bag or bowl and add the chicken. Marinate this overnight and make sure you turn the bag to coat chicken evenly.
Drain chicken from the marinade, add it to a foiled pan and cook. After 10 minutes, blast the chicken with the remaining 1/3 cup of marinade and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
