1. Tell us about your store

Rocky Health Foods is a local independent business that was established in Rockhampton 30 years ago.
We provide personalised service to our customers for quality health and wellbeing products and services.

2. What products, services or experiences do you offer?

We provide a large range of high quality health supplements, wholefoods, sports, aromatherapy, and beauty products.

We also provide Naturopathic, Nutritionist and Acupuncture consultations. 

We also have a membership club which entitles our members to fantastic discounts and benefits.

3. What do you love about your store?

We love our regular customers who inspire us with their goals in striving for great health.
It is also a great place to work as all our staff are like minded and make a great team.

4. What is your current role and main responsibilities?

My current role at Rocky Health Foods is the Manager. I have been with the business for approximately 30 years. I am responsible for all operations in store, including; product purchases, store merchandising, staff hiring and training and managing our practitioners also.

My focus is on imparting my retail and customer service experience and knowledge to my staff so that they can provide our customers with consistent and personalised service that sets us aside from others.

5. What do you wish customer know before they visit your store?

Rocky Health Foods adapts to the times, with regards to up-to-date products and health requirements.
We provide a diverse range of gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan, keto, paleo products.
We provide up-to-date holistic health services to help our customers achieve their health goals.

6. What drives you and the team to success?

Myself, and my team are driven to provide the best service, guidance and products we can.
We all believe our health is very important and encompasses all aspects of our lives.
We believe with great health we are able to have better relationships, and better overall quality of life.
