Smoked Salmon and fruits

A delicious and fresh recipe, quick and easy to make when you are running out of time. 

Method:

Grate the fresh ginger.  Finely chop dill. Chop the smoked Salmon.

Peel the apples and chop finely.

Put the apples in a big bowl add lemon juice, dill, ginger, cream and olive oil.

Season and mix well. Add salmon, salmon eggs and raspberries.

Mix well and serve on grilled bread.

Serve immediately.
