Gidget House
Gidget Foundation Australia provides free individual psychological counselling sessions for expectant and new parents experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety through Gidget House. A GP referred Mental Health Care Plan enables a patient to access a minimum of 10 sessions within a calendar year, with a Gidget Clinician through Medicare.

Karitane
Karitane provides free individual consultations for up to 2 hours to support parents with children birth to 5 years around the topics of sleep and settling, feeding, toddler behaviour, and adjusting to parenthood. Karitane is a not for profit organisation and our skilled and caring Child and Family Health Nurses work in partnership with your family to assist you in identifying and achieving your goals.
