Our Centre Management office is temporarily closed to the public. We apologise for the inconvenience. We are available to assist with your enquiry on 07 4779 6033.

The Centre Management office at Stockland Townsville Myer Centre is located up the stairs in the Main Amenities Corridor near Best & Less.

Our Stockland Townsville Customer Care Desk is open 7 days, is a local Ticketek agency and have friendly staff ready to help you with any questions you may have. Located near the QBD Bookstore in Stockland Townsville Myer Centre.

Centre Directories

A simple guide to Shopping at Stockland Townsville Myer Centre is now available at Centre Management or Customer Care - How Easy!

We also have three Touch Screen directories:

• located at the Alfred Street car park entrance next to Williams Shoes 
• located near the Ross River Road entrance next to Angus & Coote 
• located near the Woolworths Travelators next to Boost Juice Kiosk

 Alternatively, you can find Centre Directory Flyers located in a number of poster stands throughout the centre.

Ticketek

Get tickets for your favourite concert or show at The Ville, Townsville Entertainment & Convention Centre or the V8 Supercars while shopping at Stockland Townsville.

Ticketek hours are: 

Monday to Wednesday & Friday 9am - 4.30pm
Thursday 9am - 8:30pm
Saturday 9am - 3:30pm
Sunday 11am - 3:30pm

Ticketmaster

Get tickets for Cowboys games, your favourite concert or other events across the country and at Queensland Country Bank Stadium while you are shopping at Stockland Townsville.

Ticketmaster hours are:

Justice of the Peace

For your convenience, Justice of the Peace are in centre every Tuesday from 9.00am to 3.00pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 12.00pm next to Boost Juice travelators, opposite OPSM in the Stockland Townsville Myer Centre.

Parents Rooms

Our state-of-the-art Parents’ Room feature private feeding rooms, play areas, children’s toilets, microwaves, bottle warmers clean change tables and heated baby wipes.  They are located in the Food Court and Main Corridor Amenities.

Accessability

Designated accessibility parking spaces are located close to centre entrances at both Stockland Townsville Myer Centre and Stockland Townsville Kmart Centre.  There are also accessibility restrooms located in every amenity block at both centres for customer convenience.
