      There are a wide range of centre services and amenities at Stockland Traralgon.  For all enquiries including centre directories, lost and found and mobility hire, visit us at the centre management office in between Jay Jays and Just Jeans.


      Banking Services

      Stockland Traralgon has 3 ATM's including  CBA, ANZ and a Redi Teller.

      The ATM's are located at the Main Food Court and in the Centre Court area.

      Centre Directories

      Centre directories provide customers with information on the services available at the centre, as well as informing customers of specific retailer locations.  Centre directories are located on poster stands throughout the centre mall area and are also available from Centre Management.

      We also have a touch screen centre directory which is located at the food court entrance.

      Centre Management

      Our centre management team can assist you with all general enquiries.

      The centre management office is located in between Just Jeans and Jay Jays and is open

      Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm.

      Disabled Facilities

      Our disabled toilets are located in the public amenities corridor next to Williams the Shoemen.  Disabled car parking spaces are conveniently located close to all centre entrances.

       

      Gift Cards

      No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it's hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card.  Starting from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any participating store in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia.  Gift Cards can be purchased from the centre management office.  See in centre for a list of participating stores. Cards are valid for 3 Years from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

      If you've lost something, we can try and help you find it.  For all lost and found enquiries please contact Centre Management on 51 74 9477.

      Parents Room

      Our state of the art Parent's Room is located in the public amenities corridor.  Facilities include: double pram access, change tables, heated baby wipes, children's play panels and play areas, private feeding rooms, bottle warming, microwave, emergency help points, both parent's and children's toilet facilities, plasma TV's and a food preparation area.  The parent's room holds a five star breast feeding accreditation.
