Tell us about your Store, what products do you sell?
We like to think of Muffin Break as the home of great muffins and delicious coffee which help our customers create memorable moments.
What do you love about your store?
We love our customers, our staff and the quality of our food.
What drives your team to success?
Our team is passionate about making our customers day and we do that by being providing the best service we can.
What are some must have items, services or experience right now?
In the current situation you have to have patience, good humour and hand sanitiser!
What feedback are you currently getting from your customers?
We generally get great feedback and have a wonderful group of loyal customers who love seeing at the store. Right now the majority of our customers just wish they could sit down and enjoy their coffee and muffins here, but everyone is understanding as we get through this time.
What do you love most about your job and what motivates you?
I love the people, our regular faces that come here every day. Making people happy motivates me.
What are some common questions you get asked?
1. Do you bake the muffins here? The answer is yes, baked fresh every day.
2. Where are all the chairs? The Food Court seats have been removed at the moment, but customers still want to sit down and enjoy a muffin!
Anything else you’d like to tell us Ricky?
Yes we have a great deal on at the moment, a small hot drink and a muffin for $7.50.
