What do you love about your store?
We have friendly, helpful staff, fabulous customers, a great range of items in stock, the best range of cards in the Ballarat area, and wide range of postal services.
Tell us about your store.
We have a huge range of cards, giftware, magazines and stationery (the cheapest ink cartridges in Ballarat!). Our Post Office has all facilities and services from passports, working with children checks, post boxes, banking and of course postal services just to name a few. Our staff are super experienced and only too happy to help meet our customer needs.
What feedback do you get from customers?
Our customers comment on the friendly and helpful staff and say that the service is the best in Ballarat area. We also have the best range of cards, with customers coming from a 100 km radius. Out prices are comparable with major retailers, especially the ink cartridges!
Why are shopping centres important?
Shopping centres are a hub for shops and services, a one stop place that’s cool / warm, friendly, welcoming, and a great place to spend a few hours shopping and dining. It’s also great to be able to get to know your local traders and customers, along with a great range of shops, with easy free parking that meets all your needs.
What drives you and team to success?
Our staff have a genuine interest in helping people and meeting their needs, which is why we get great feedback from lots of our customers. We love to see customers who are newly discovering the store, and enjoy the great teamwork amongst the team with lots of laughs and happy chats with customers!
