Tell us about your store?
Cotton On is an on-trend fashion retailer for all ages. We are a mega store so we stock Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body and Rubi.
What products do you offer?
The whole outfit! Everyday apparel through to sleep and active wear. With the shoes, jewellery and accessories to finish off the look and take it from day to night.
What do you love about your store?
The product and layout is constantly changing. New stock arrives every week and no two days are the same- It's fast paced and fun.
What are customers wanting right now?
Warmth and comfort! With people spending more time at home they want to be cozy in the Ballarat Autumn/Winter. Our active-wear has also been super popular with everyone keen to maintain their fitness.
What do you love about our local community?
Having moved for this job from NSW, I love our regular customers. It's nice to have some familiar faces stopping by.
What do you love most about your job?
The people. We like to hire people who don't take themselves too seriously. We work hard but we have fun doing it. I also love watching the team learn and grow.
What is your most memorable moment in store?
My favourite retail day of the year is Boxing Day. The energy and buzz in store is always amazing.
What are some of your favourite stores in Stockland?
Ferguson Plarre - I appreciate that they remember my coffee order and are my go to for donuts.
The Body Shop - all the staff are always so helpful and lovely
How have you coped with Covid-19 and what are you looking forward to?
I've coped really well. Growing up in a small country town has equipped me for never getting bored.
All my family live interstate so I'm most looking forward to being able to see my family again.
