What’s three words that describe you?
Honest, Respectful and Motivated
What is the most memorable moment in your store?
I remember a lady and her husband coming into our store and asking if we had a product to help with scaring as the gentleman had has some skin cancer removed from his face. I also noticed that his skin was very dry and flaky and it reminded me of my parents experience when they underwent Chemotherapy. I shared their story with them and demonstrated our Hemp range on the gentleman’s arm because I knew it had helped my parents so much during their own treatment. They were blown away. A couple of weeks later they came back to buy more and said how they had told everyone about this product. It was so nice to be able to help someone feel better especially during what is already a difficult time.
What do you love most about your job?
I love how I can share our products with our customers and help meet their individual needs.
I am passionate about our values and products and being able to share the amazing stories behind them. I enjoy making people feel great and putting a smile on their face and sharing a laugh. The Body Shop are also really supportive with our own personal and professional progression.
What products, service or experiences do you offer?
We have skin care, body care, fragrances, products for Men, hair care, make up, accessories and gifts. We love to sit our customers down and give them the royal treatment demonstrating our products and showing them how each product works so they know how to use the product at home. We also offer premium make overs so make up for special occasions or just because occasions which we all love to be pampered.
What do you love about your store?
How our store provides a personal, professional and friendly experience. I love what we believe in, our values and how we can pass this onto our customers. Also the local community feel and our regular customers that come back to purchase our products and just to have a chat.
What are some unusual customer questions you get?
1. It smells so good, can you eat it?
2. Can you retouch my foundation? I just had my eyebrows done and I don’t have foundation left…
