Retailer Trading Update

We have received confirmation that a person who attended LaBella Nails, Stockland Wendouree on Saturday, 11th September has subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. 
 
The Department of Health and Human Services has issued advice that anyone who visited LaBella Nails, Stockland Wendouree on Saturday, 11th September  from 12:45am to 2:20pm is considered a Tier 1 contact and must immediately isolate, get a COVID-19 test, and quarantine for 14 days from the date of exposure.

Stockland Wendouree will remain open in line with the updated Victorian Government Health Directions. We remind all customers that if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 like symptoms to stay at home and undertake a COVID test. If you need to purchase essential items please remember that masks are mandatory whilst inside the centre and we encourage everyone to maintain safe social distancing, practise good hygiene etiquette and ensure you check in at the centre entry doors and upon entering each store you visit at Stockland Wendouree using the Service Victoria app.
  
Stockland Wendouree will continue to focus on customer, retailer and employee safety and wellbeing with regular cleaning during the day of all high frequency touch points and overnight intensive cleaning. Hand sanitiser is made available throughout the centre and we will continue to follow all Victorian Health directives.

We have received confirmation that a person who attended Just Cuts, Stockland Wendouree on Monday, 13th September has subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. 
 
The Department of Health and Human Services has issued advice that anyone who visited Just Cuts, Stockland Wendouree on Monday, 13th September  from 11:16am to 12:16pm is considered “Tier 2 contact” and should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result. Customers should continue to monitor for symptoms and get tested again if symptoms appear.

The Department of Health and Human Services has issued advice that anyone who visited the following locations at Stockland Wendouree on Monday, 13th September is considered a Tier 2 contact and should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result.
Customers should continue to monitor for symptoms and get tested again if symptoms appear. 
 
Stockland Wendouree: 2:05pm to 4:15pm and/or
Connor Menswear: 2:10pm to 3:00pm and/or
Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse: 2:30pm to 3:10pm and/or
Cotton On: 3:05pm to 4:00pm.

The Victorian Government has announced that a 7-Day lockdown for the City of Ballarat will commence at 11:59pm Wednesday 15th September until 11:59pm Wednesday 22nd September, or unless otherwise advised. The restrictions to be implemented will be the same as Metropolitan Melbourne, except for the curfew. During this time, the people of Ballarat are able to leave their homes to shop for food or other essential items within 5km from their home.

Stockland Wendouree will remain open for all groceries and essential items, noting that some stores will be required to close, with those open operating under capacity limits of 1 person per 4m2, in line with Government directives. Cafes and restaurants will be providing takeaway and/or delivery services only and food court seating will be closed. Some retailers may operate a click & collect service and customers should check with their preferred retailer for more information including trading hours. 
 
Stockland will continue to maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene during this time and customers are reminded to always wear a mask when visiting our centres, maintain safe social distancing, and use the hand sanitiser available throughout the centre. Customers must also check in via the QR Codes which are located at the entry points of the centre, as well as at any retailer you visit, using the Service Victoria app.

Updated 9 September 2021 

The Victorian Government has announced that lockdown restrictions for regional Victoria will cease at 11:59pm Thursday, 9th September, replaced with revised restrictions until further advised.

From Friday, 10th September, retail stores will be permitted to open at capacity limits of 1:4m2. Beauty services can re-open with a maximum capacity of 10 people, with a face mask required throughout the service. Cafés, restaurants and food providers will be able to offer a seated service to a maximum of 10 people indoors and 20 people outdoors. Food court seating will remain closed however our food court operators may continue to offer a takeaway and/or delivery service. Please check with your local store for details and trading times.

Gyms and play centres will remain closed at this time.

All customers are reminded that it remains compulsory to wear a face mask inside the centre, as well as to check-in via the Service Victoria QR Code at the centre entrances, and at each individual retail store before entering. Please continue to be COVID-Safe by practising safe social distancing and using the hand sanitiser stations available throughout the centre. 

Stockland will continue to maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene during this time and will have a COVID-19 Check-In Marshal during peak times to assist customers with this process.

From Tuesday, 10th August, retail stores will be permitted to open at capacity limits of 1:4m2, with some smaller stores able to accommodate up to 25 customers. Beauty services and gyms can re-open and all cafés, food providers and restaurants will be able to offer a seated service. Food court seating will also re-open under capacity limits.
All customers are reminded that it remains compulsory to wear a face mask inside the centre, as well as to check-in via the Service Victoria QR Code at the centre entrances, at each individual retail store before entering and at food court tables.
