Meet Chatty, Criniti's
1. What products, services or experiences do you offer?
Italian, with a twist. We’re famous for our huge menu including wood fired pizza, pasta, steaks, ribs, salads, desserts and cocktails. We cater to everyone and we’re so proud of that.
We were the first to bring the 1m woodfired pizza to Australia, and now we’re serving up to 3m!
2. What do you love about your store?
It’s the concept and the vibe of the store that's unique. Where else do you get to see Ducati bike in a restaurant along with a full motor engine!? The Criniti’s experience is definitely like no other.
3. What do you love about our local community?
It’s a very close knit community with a lot of community spirit. Very helpful and friendly people overall. Really great bunch of people and are happy to give a great feedback when they receive good service along with delicious food. Great customers and we love interacting with them.
4. With regard to your store type, what are customers wanting right now?
Customers at Wetherill Park do love their steaks and ribs, we definitely serve the best in the market. A part from these our wood fired pizza and pasta have always been customer favourites.
5. What is your current role and main responsibilities?
My role is the National Operations Manager.
My main responsibility is to have streamlined operations resulting in the highest standards of customer satisfaction. For us at Criniti’s, customers do matter a lot and there is nothing we can't do to ensure they have the very best experience!
6. What makes a great restaurant?
Great food, awesome service and a happy team.
7. What’s three words that describe Criniti’s?
Delicious, Fun and Famiglia.
