Four ingredient toast toppers

All you need is four ingredients and five minutes to make these delicious and easy toast toppers.

There’s something for even the fussiest member of the family, and we’ve broken them down to your style on the day. Choose your favourite bread and toast away, then top with these easy additions.

Something sweet
1 tbsp. Nutella

½ punnet fresh raspberries

1 small handful almond slivers

1 small handful dry roasted coconut flakes (found in the health aisle)

Spread Nutella evenly over the toast and scatter coconut flakes on top. Place your raspberries over the top and garnish with almond slivers. 

Hot tip: We love this recipe because it’s quick and easy, packed with good fats and fibre, perfect for a Sunday morning with the family. It’s also a great way to try out a few new healthy ingredients!

Food for fuel
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter

½ a banana

Small handful pumpkin seeds

Cinnamon

Spread the peanut butter evenly over the toast and cut your banana into thin slices. Place slices over the peanut butter and dust lightly with cinnamon. Scatter pumpkin seeds over the top to serve. 

Hot tip: This combination is high in protein, good fats and healthy carbohydrates to fuel you for the day ahead. Cinnamon acts to speed up your metabolism, so you can munch on this delicious breakfast option as often as you like. Consider arranging banana pieces into a smiley face for an option the kids will love.


Easy everyday

¼ avocado

Small handful feta cheese

Alfalfa sprouts

Pepper

Mash avocado and feta together in a bowl, then spread the combination over your piece of toast. Top with your desired amount of alfalfa sprouts and garnish with pepper.

Hot tip: The addition of alfalfa sprouts doesn’t just make your brekky feel a little more fancy. It’s a great, easy way to pack more veg into your diet…and it also adds a delicious crunch to your avocado!
