Hangry is the coin termed for describing the unpleasant mixture of emotions between being hungry and angry and is best to avoid during your Valentine’s Day three-course meal from home. Cue the entrée. The fabulous prelude to the main event that tides you over while you wait.

Thinking of a simple serve-up? Try our quick and easy Camembert with Honey Figs and Walnuts. For the Italian-lovers (or anyone, really) it’s hard to go past the simple, yet delicious Arancini Ball, or really impress with fresh Nicoise Swordfish Skewers or a Zesty Carpaccio Salad. Delish!

Valentines Day 

The main, while it is the star of your menu, doesn’t have to be difficult! We’ve come up with some fresh and fast meals options like Succulent Roast Chicken Breast and Polenta or an always-satisfying pasta dish like our Artichoke and Tomato Linguine.

If you’re feeling adventurous however, why not put your culinary skills to the test with a Bouillabaisse or Harissa Lamb and Baba Ganoush, both created carefully by Miguel Maestre.

Gone are the days of the everyday garden salad, we’ve come up with some salad selections that’ll pair perfectly with the main event. Try our Greek Potato Salad with Red Onions and Feta, a great accompaniment to the Harissa Lamb. A crunchy Waldorf Salad complete with pecans and yoghurt dressing or Hummus and Tabbouleh, who thought the simple salad could be so delicious!
