Instead of breaking your healthy eating routine to indulge in a sugary snack come Summer, make your own fresh, fruity icy poles and enjoy a treat guilt-free. Made from nothing more than fruit and yoghurt, this refreshing snack is truly the best of both worlds.
Method
1 - Purée the kiwi fruit with the agave nectar in a blender. Scrape into a bowl.
2 - Purée the strawberries with the yoghurt in a clean blender. Scrape into a separate bowl, cover, and chill.
3 - Divide have of the kiwi purée between six ice lolly moulds. Freeze for 30 minutes, chilling the kiwi purée in the meantime.
4 - After freezing, top with half of the strawberry purée. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
5 - Top with the remaining kiwi purée. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
6 - After freezing, press wooden lolly sticks into each lolly before topping with the remaining strawberry purée.
7 - Freeze for 2-3 hours until set. Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before turning out and serving.
