Every kid loves chicken nuggets, but you don’t always have to opt for the processed, frozen versions. Try this baked, not fried recipe for a lighter choice with a special blend of spices that taste just as naughty and without the nasties!
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
You may need to gently pat the coating into the chicken
In a large bowl, add egg white and chicken cubes and toss to coat. Then, add in the black pepper, cayenne pepper and onion powder along with the panko crumbs and coat the chicken evenly.
Use an oil spray to coat the chicken evenly without using too much oil.
Line a tray with baking paper, place the chicken pieces on top and then drizzle with olive oil
Finally, cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
