Asian Style Tofu Burger

Suitable for vegans & celiacs as well, this is the burger for everyone. An unexpected twist, this burger is far from traditional. To create the rice patties, use sushi rice and form into a patty shape. Wrap tightly in glad wrap, flattening into shape. Refrigerating for a few hours will enforce the shape of the paddies. Coat in a small amount of teriyaki sauce before grilling on a high heat. Fill the burger with tofu, lettuce, beetroot, adding pineapple if you choose. Use a spiraliser to create carrot spirals and finish the burger with teriyaki sauce. This Asian twist on a classic burger is so tasty, even those who eat meat will love it!
