Beef & Gorgonzola

To make a mouthwatering beef burger patty, combine 500g of lean beef mince with a finely diced onion, 1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs, a large egg and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly before shaping into a patty and frying on a high heat until cooked to your liking.

For a twist on a classic hamburger, layer up a herbed bun with two beef patties and gorgonzola cheese. Place under the grill until cheese is melted before completing the burger with lettuce, pickles, beetroot and a BBQ sauce.
