Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Blend milk, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, vanilla essence, lemon zest and cinnamon on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour 1/4 of mixture into tray, cover with 2 cups of frozen berries.
Pour the rest of the mixture into the tray and top with remaining berries.
Sprinkle the top with caster sugar and put in oven for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with a side of whipped cream or ice cream.
