Method:
1 Halve, pit, peel, and dice the avocados.
2 Combine the avocado flesh with the lime juice, garlic, chilli, coriander, salt, and pepper in a serving bowl, mashing until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
3 When ready to serve, garnish with lime wedges.
