Ingredients

  • 150 g | 1 cup dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa solids, chopped
  • 150 g | 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 140 ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup, or Golden Syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dark rum, optional
  • 60 g | 1/2 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
