15 minutes prep, 4 minutes cooking time
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 cup chilled brewed coffee
- 1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbs of ground flax seed
- 1½ bananas, cut into chunks
- 2 tbs of honey
- 6 ice cubes
Brew 1 cup of coffee and place it in the fridge to cool
Once the coffee is chilled, place all the ingredients into a heavy duty blender (one that can crush ice).
Blend until smooth, transfer into glasses, garnish with coffee beans (optional) and serve.
