Cut off the stem of the broccoli and discard.
Cut the heads of the broccoli into florets. Place florets into a pan with water and boil with salt for 30 seconds.
Drain the broccoli and run under cold water. Drain again and set aside to dry.
Cook the bacon until crispy.
Add cooked bacon, cheese and onion to the broccoli bowl. In a bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar and sugar until well combined.
Add the sour cream mixture to the broccoli bowl and mix well.
