Easy Green Smoothies

  • • 1 bunch kale leaves chopped, thick stems removed
  • • 4 small stalks of celery, chopped
  • • 2 bananas, roughly chopped
  • • 2 cups apple juice
  • • 2 cups ice
  • • Juice of one large lemon

Directions

  • Top tip!

    To convince fussy eaters to try something new, try garnishing with blueberries and seeds.

    Step 1

    Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in chilled glasses to make them extra refreshing
