  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water


  • Step 1

    Add baking powder, salt, and flour to a bowl and whisk with a hand blender until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Pour in oil and water to the bowl and mix for a further 2 minutes or until the ingredients are well combined.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the dough onto a floured surface, divide into 16 equal portions and then roll each one into a ball.
    Place each ball into one large ziplock bag, seal shut and allow to rest for roughly 20 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Once the dough is ready, roll each out into a 6-7 inch disk and cook them on a medium side pan for roughly 45-60 seconds on one side before flipping them and cooking for a further 15-30 seconds. Allow to cool before serving.
