Combine the strawberries, tomatoes and leaves in a medium bowl. Drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste and toss lightly to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For a flavour boost, toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan over a medium heat until fragrant, keeping an eye on the pan so they don’t burn.
When ready to serve, crumble feta over the top then scatter with sesame seeds.
