Our second of four recipes includes a Kangaroo Spaghetti Bolognese dish combining traditional Indigenous ingredients with a modern twist. Substitute beef mince with kangaroo mince in this family beloved dish. View the entire recipe below.

  • • 500g Kangaroo mice
  • • 300g Tomato puree
  • • 220g bush Tomato Chutney
  • • 1 x Onion finely chopped
  • • Salt
  • • Pepperberry leaf
  • • 1 x Packet of Spaghetti
