To celebrate NAIDOC Week, Stockland presents our Native Australian recipes collection.
Our second of four recipes includes a Kangaroo Spaghetti Bolognese dish combining traditional Indigenous ingredients with a modern twist. Substitute beef mince with kangaroo mince in this family beloved dish. View the entire recipe below.

- • 500g Kangaroo mice
- • 300g Tomato puree
- • 220g bush Tomato Chutney
- • 1 x Onion finely chopped
- • Salt
- • Pepperberry leaf
- • 1 x Packet of Spaghetti
Fry onion until transparent.
Add mince, salt, pepper and combine well.
Mix in tomato puree & bush tomato chutney.
Simmer for 20-30 mins
Serve with spaghetti & garnish with parsley
Chef recommends serving with mushrooms and onions for added flavour.
