- 80g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 350g of spaghetti pasta
- 200g of diced bacon
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 broccoli, steamed
Place pasta in boiling water and cook until al dente.
In a large pan, heat oil and add bacon and garlic until the meat is crisp.
Once pasta is cooked through, place in the pan with the bacon and combine with tongs.
Add the grated cheese to the eggs, pour over pasta and mix through well.
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli, a sprinkle of cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
