Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Add the sweet potato slices, 1tbsp garlic powder, paprika, a pinch of salt and about a 1-2 tbsp of olive oil - just enough to coat the potatoes – to a large bowl and toss well.
Transfer the potatoes to the baking tray, spreading them evenly and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
